Mashimizu Filter Systems are the latest innovation from GCTek, the recognized leaders in Koi pond filtration! Each Mashimizu System includes an AlphaONE or AquaBead Filter, Zapp Pure UV Sterilizer, WunderFlo Pump, and Vortek SS Solids Separator pre-filter. Mashimizu in Japanese means “Pure Water” and that is exactly what this system gives you! You receive prefiltration via the solids separator– Vortek SS. Energy efficient water movement is provided by either a WunderFlo Pump or PerformancePro Artesian Pumpo. Superior water quality is achieved by the AquaBead or AlphaONE filter and lastly the water is subjected to high intensity UV sterilization by the Zapp Pure UV Sterilizer, one of the finest UV sterilizers on the market today. The result is the finest water quality achievable for your pond. The components are plumbed together on a 48”X72” pad using unions and then disassembled and packed into individual boxes for easy and safe shipping. This makes setting the Mashimizu in place easy for one person. Set up takes just a few minutes and is accomplished by just hand tightening the unions together. Nothing could be better or easier!
